Shaadi Mubarak Movie Review: Top producer Dil Raju is backing a small film titled Shaadi Mubarak. The movie features Sagar Naidu and Drishya Raghunath in the lead roles. Padmasri directed this urban rom-com and Sunil Kashyap composed the music. Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations produced Shaadi Mubarak and the film is hitting the screens today. Here is the complete review of Shaadi Mubarak:

Story:Sunnipenta Madhav (Sagar Naidu) is an NRI who returns back to India to find a perfect life partner and get married. He approaches a marriage bureau and fixes three matches to meet. In an unexpected incident, the marriage bureau Chief sends his daughter Thupakula Bhanumathi (Drishya Raghunath) along with Madhav for the matches. The rest of Shaadi Mubarak is all about the incidents that take place in this journey and how they end up falling in love and get married. The film also has an unexpected twist which will be revealed in the film. Watch Shaadi Mubarak to know about the rest:

Positives:

Sagar Naidu

Entertainment in parts

Cinematography and Background score

Negatives:

Poor narration

Half baked second half

Lacks realistic emotions

Climax

Performances:Sagar Naidu looks good on screen and he has a simple role assigned. He should have performed more better in the emotional episodes. He also looks aged in some of the episodes. Drishya does a decent job in the role of Bhanumathi. In sarees she is good, but in casuals, the actress looks bulky on screen. Hema, Jhansi and Rahul Ramakrishna will be seen in the supporting roles and they did their parts well. RJ Hemanth is wasted on screen and his scenes are completely useless. All the other actors have done their parts well.

Shaadi Mubarak has a good concept which is wasted badly because of the screenplay. The music and the background score are decent and the cinematography work is good. The production values are good and the editing is supportive. Director Padmasri wastes an attempt of a good concept because of the poor execution and narration. The entire second half of Shaadi Mubarak is a huge misfire.

Verdict:

Shaadi Mubarak is a wasted attempt because of the poor execution in the second half. You can give this film a skip.

Nithiin's Check Movie Review

Nithiin’s Check Movie Review | Young actor Nithiin comes out with a unique attempt and teams up with Chandrasekhar Yeleti for the first time for Check. The film is produced by Bhavya Creations. Rakul Preet Singh plays a lawyer and Priya Prakash Varrier plays Nithiin’s love interest in this crime drama. The film is releasing across the globe today and here is the review of Check:

Story:
Check is the story of Aditya (Nithiin) who is named as one of the accused in a terrorist attack that takes place in the year 2014. Aditya gets a death sentence in the case and he claims himself to be innocent. Maanasa (Rakul Preet Singh) files an appeal and handles the case of Aditya. The youngster learns chess in the jail and he feels that he can soon turn a master in the game. The rest of the film is all about who the game helps him to break the barriers. Watch Check to know about the entire story:

Positives:

Nithiin
Climax portions
Background Score

Negatives:

Slow paced second half
Narration
Lacks emotional connect

Performance:

Nithiin tops the show with his flawless performance in the role of an accused and a chess player. The actor shines in the role of Aditya. Nithiin looks completely different in the role. Rakul Preet Singh plays the role of a lawyer and she does her part well. Priya Prakash Varrier plays the love interest of Aditya and has a glamorous attempt. Sai Chand has an emotional role and all his episodes look good on screen. All the other actors are decent.

Check is one more new attempt from Chandrasekhar Yeleti. Though his plot is convincing, the screenplay and the narration are outdated. The second half is completely slow-paced and several logics are never narrated and left. The dialogues are ok. The music and the background score are the film’s major strengths. The cinematography work is good and the production values are grand. Check misses the needed novel factor and it ends up as a below average film.

Verdict:

Check fails to live up to the expectations and it ends up as a disappointment because of the poor narration. One more disappointment from Chandrasekhar Yeleti.

Akshara Movie Review

Akshara Movie Review | Akshara is a taken on the current education system and about the pressure that is mounted on the students by corporate firms. Nandita Swetha played the title role in the film. B Chinni Krishna is the director and Cinemahall Entertainments bankrolled the film. Suresh Bobbili composed the music and background score. Akshara is hitting the screens today and here is our complete review of the film:

Story:

Sanjay Bhargav (Sanjay Swaroop) runs a chain of educational institutions and he is completely focused on ranks with high scores. He mounts extreme pressure on the students and is not bothered about the students committing suicides. Akshara (Nandita Swetha) joins his Vidya Vidhaan as a Physics Professor. Soon, Teja (Sri Teja) falls in love with Akshara and one fine day he proposes her. Soon, Akshara shoots him and the rest of the film is all about the real identity of Akshara and the reason behind the crime. Watch Akshara to know about what happens.

Positives:

Nandita Swetha
Harshavardhan
Plot
Flashback episode

Negatives:

Slow narration
Direction
Screenplay and Climax
Outdated Entertainment

Performances:

Nandita Swetha does her part well in the role of Akshara. She does complete justice for a role with dual shades in the film. She looked good in traditional attire. Shakalaka Shankar, Madhu, and Satya tried hard to deliver smiles but the outdated entertainment makes no difference. Sri Teja is decent in the limited role and he does his part well. Harshavardhan packs a punch with his performance and he delivers his best in the role. Sanjay Swaroop has a decent role and he played well in the role of an educationalist and businessman. All the other actors have done their jobs well in the limited roles.

Akshara has an interesting plot and discusses about a point that was never presented in Telugu movies. But the screenplay and the narration play a spoiler for the film. The direction and the narration are completely outdated. Except for the flashback episodes, the film offers nothing interesting. The music and cinematography work are ok and not bad. The editing work should has been better. The production values of Cinemahall Entertainments are impressive. Director Chinni Krishna should be blamed for his outdated narration and direction.

Verdict:

Akshara has an interesting plot but the film gets spoiled because of the outdated execution and narration. A film that can be given a skip.
