Arjun soon turns out to be the best businessman in the country taking the business forward. In the process of business expansion, he moves to Uttar Pradesh and comes to know about a shocking fact about his mother. The people over there call him Dharma which leaves him puzzled. The rest of Ruler is all about Arjun Prasad’s relation with Dharma and what all happened to his mother. Watch Ruler to know about the real story.Positives:Balayya as Dharma and Arjun PrasadInterval and Climax episodesEmotional DialoguesCinematographyNegatives:Second HalfOutdated presentationScreenplayOverdose of actionPerformances:Balakrishna tops the show with his flawless and energetic performance as Arjun Prasad and Dharma. He steals the show and his dialogue delivery has been top notch. Prakash Raj and Jayasudha have been assigned interesting roles and they did their jobs well. Bhoomika essays one more pivotal role and did her part well. Sonal Chauhan and Vedhika offer a glamorous treat for the masses. All the other actors fit well in their roles.Ruler has an interesting plot that is completely spoiled because of the outdated narration. The screenplay and dialogues should have been better. The music and the background score have been decent and the cinematography work excels. The editing work is good and the production values make the film look lavish and grand enough. KS Ravikumar looks outdated with his presentation and narration.
