The story is all about how Uyyalavada united all the provinces and revolted against the Britishers who looted India. Syeraa is Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy’s take on the British and the war which Uyyalavada announced and how he fought. Watch Syeraa to know about the complete story.

Positives:

Megastar Chiranjeevi
War episodes
Technical aspects
Interval Episode

Negatives:

Dragged Second Half
Boring Narration
Slow Pace

Performances:

Megastar Chiranjeevi shines in the role of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. He looks packed, powerful and roars loud in the role. Amitabh Bachchan has a limited role but his presence is a major highlight. Nayanthara shines with perfection and she delivered her best in the limited role. Tamannaah has a meaty and challenging role and she did it with perfection. Jagapathi Babu, Kicha Sudeep and Vijay Sethupathi have been well supportive and they did their roles well. All the other actors performed well in this periodic drama.

Syeraa is a decent attempt and the film is inspired from the life story of Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy. The screenplay and dialogues have been decent. The cinematography work and the background score are the major highlights of the film. The music is good and the VFX work elevated the film well. The production values have been grand enough and Surendar Reddy manages to do a decent work with Syeraa.

Final Word:

Syeraa is a decent attempt and the boring, dragged second half makes the film fall short of expectations. Megastar delivers out his best in the film as Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy.
